How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing Time

After our shipping department physically receives and inspects your return, it generally takes up to ten (10) business days to process your refund. Once processed on our end, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to post to your checking account or credit card, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing speeds.
